Are Ringback Tones available to GoPhone® prepaid customers?
A. Ringback Tones are now available to GoPhone prepaid customers. Ringback Tones on GoPhone are regularly priced at $1.99 plus $1.00 delivery fee. Charges for Ringback Tones will be deducted from your account balance. If the account has a zero balance the Ringback Tone will not play, until a replenishment is made. Ringback Tones remain in your library for 180 days from time of purchase unless your Go Phone service expires.
