It depends what diet you are on. Personally, I am not a fan of diets or basing my fitness solely on weight. Eat 4-5 small healthy meals a day. Rice Krispies are just fine. And don’t worry about your weight, worry about how you feel. I am 155 lbs and 5’4″, technically I am overweight but I really am not, I am very fit. Weight means nothing.
