Are restaurant reviews just as annoying as fashion critics?
Fashion critics tend to be very soft, they fawn over the designers they like, and are just `nice’ about those they don’t. Restaurant critics are totally unconstrained by having to keep advertisers happy so I think they’re much more honest. With Bistrotheque it’s a place the critics love or hate, and luckily the right people loved it, the ones that didn’t would worry me if they did.
