Yes, according to restriction 5.25 of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, each property must have at least one exterior light on from dusk to dawn. Although a lamppost light is preferred, any exterior light will suffice. Residents who are not in compliance could face a $35 fine. Please help us keep our neighborhood safe by turning on an exterior light outside your home.
