No, Southwinds is offered as a market-rate rental community. We offer a variety of leasing options. Short term (less than 1 year), six month, as well as one and two year leases are available.All homes are all electric, featuring a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Each home has a washer/dryer, individual thermostatically controlled heating and air conditioning unit, emergency response system, neutral colored carpeting and paint, window blinds and most have large walk-in closets.
No. The Virginian offers a Monthly Rental Plan and a Life Care Plan. The Monthly Rental Plan offers the flexibility of month-to-month rental and is available to persons applying for Independent Living or Assisted Living. When more care is needed, residents with the Monthly Rental Plan resubmit an updated application for approval into the next level of care.
