Residential customers are not eligible for this rebate offer. While halogen lamps are used by many residential customers, currently the cost effectiveness is marginal due to high product cost and low operating hours. As product costs continue to fall and performance improves, LED screw-based lamps will be a component of Efficiency Vermont residential & retail product efforts in the near future.
