We never guarantee a slot with walk ins as our treatment schedule is usually chockers! So please do let your fingers do the walking on the telephone and block yourself in for an appointment to avoid disappointment.

No, but they are necessary for all long weekends. You should have confirmation for your camping vacation at least 6 weeks in advance.

Yes, during our peak season May-October, we suggest you call us at least 4-6 weeks ahead of time for a bounce and as much as 3-6 months ahead if you are planning a large event such as a school or church carnival, company picnic, or community event. The earlier you book, the greater your selection. We are happy to work with you to ensure that you can get equipment that meets your needs. Give us a call and ask what’s available! We do sell out on summer weekends. We are able to be much more flexible on weekdays and in the off-season, November – April.

We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.

Reservations aren’t strictly necessary, but they help us to ensure that we can fill the house for the performers. We do ask that everyone contact us ahead of time to let us know they are coming. Guests who arrive at the show unannounced risk not getting a seat, but hopefully there will be plenty of room.
