NO. Its the environmentalist and the oil company in bed together. Oil prices go up because US oil companies can’t drill for oil here or build refineries here. That in turn causes a supply problem for the oil companies. So prices must go up. The enviromentalist create the conditions necessary for the oil companies to raise prices.
