A Reloadit Pack may not be refunded at the retail store it was purchased for any reason. To request a refund, please call Reloadit Customer Care at 1 (888) 633-9434 to cancel your Reloadit Pack. You will need to know your 10 digit Reloadit PIN and the amount that was loaded to the Reloadit Pack. You may also be required to provide additional information. Refund checks will be sent within 10 business days of request.
