Are reimbursement requests limited to one per calendar year quarter or plan year quarter?
Reimbursement requests may be submitted, for a given plan, only once per calendar year quarter for each plan year. The calendar year quarters are the following: January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, and October 1 – December 31. For the purpose of this limitation on reimbursement requests, a given Plan Sponsor’s plan year is irrelevant.
