Are refunds or product exchanges available?
We do not have a refund or swap policy. Be very careful before placing your order and be sure that you have not selected the wrong product. Some of our products have different versions available, such as Novell 5.0 and 5.1. If you are unsure which version to purchase, please contact your local education center, the vendor, or contact us and we will try to assist you.
Policy For Mail/UPS Shipments – Self Test Software will accept unopened products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for refund once an activation key has been issued. If part of a package or Self Test Bundle is returned, the package or Bundled price is forfeited and any products retained by the customer revert to their individual prices. Self Test will credit the remaining amount due. For Electronic Shipments – Self Test will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase provided no activation key was issued. No returns will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or for electronic activation once an activation key has been issued except under the terms & conditions of Self Test’s Test Pass Guarantee. Online e-Learning products can not be returned for a refund. Self Test does not guarantee successful delivery via download.
