Are refunds available for no-shows?
If you fail to contact Prometric a minimum of two business days prior to your appointment to cancel or to reschedule your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled exam, you will not receive a refund from Prometric. A refund of your examination fee, less the processing fee, is available if you do not show up for your examination, as long as the refund is requested within your 60-day eligibility period.
