Are Reese Witherspoon & Jake Gyllenhaal engaged?
Rumors are floating around that Jake Gyllenhaal has asked single mother, Reese Witherspoon, to be his wife. Now we all know that Reese is a one man woman, but after divorcing Ryan Phillippe closer to the end of last year, I’m not sure what I believe in this one. Reese is a smart woman and would be smart to go along for the ride with Jake. He appears to be just what she needs: a gentleman and a sweet guy. We’ll see what happens with this rumor. It’s been said that he proposed to her while they were in Rome last October, but I don’t believe that she wants to jump into anything too quickly. She’s taking the smart approach and taking it slowly. And, she’s America’s sweetheart!
