I donot know where you live but here in FL it shows up with in 24 to 48 hours most the time. It shows anything that is pending and anything that is over rather you were found guilty or not. I work with the courts and things like this all day. Here we can all so go online and look at the clerk of courts web site and see what shows up on their record. It is all publice record anyone can look at it all they need is your name. You could try and see if your records are on line and look your background up. Good luck.
