Are Rating Officials required to provide written feedback to employees during mid-term appraisals?
Yes. Rating Officials should conduct and document at least one formal progress review around the midpoint of the appraisal period and provide written feedback to employees by utilizing the CD-430, Performance Management Record, part (c) Progress Review.
