Are raising funds and investing in programs United Way’s only functions?
No. While raising and strategically investing funds makes up a significant portion of what we do, it is not our only function. We provide leadership and support to the non-profit sector and help agencies operate more efficiently. We bring people together to find long-term solutions to community priorities. We also make it easier for people to get involved in their communities and connect with those around them.
