Rainwater harvesting systems that supply only outdoor water use are not eligible for the rebate. To be eligible for a rebate through the Rainwater Harvesting System Rebate Program it is required that approved rainwater harvesting systems supply purified rainwater inside the home for toilet/urinal flushing as well as outside the home for irrigation.
