No, the first aid at work and emergency first aid at work training courses are only issued for training carried out in Great Britain or Northern Ireland under the Memorandum of Understanding between the HSE in Great Britain and HSENI in Northern Ireland (pursuant to the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982 and the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981).
