Are Quakers and Mennonites basically the same?

0

The biggest difference probably being that Mennonites are a people of the Book, believing and following the Bible as their inerrant rule for life, while Quakers follow an “inner light” which is not dependent upon any book, even the Bible. This being the case, the Mennonites are also a very creed oriented group, they can tell you what they believe about, God, Christ, mankind, sin, baptism, etc… While the Quakers are anti-creed. They believe your inner light will guide you into truth.
