Its called gynecomastia man…its caused by a gland in ur chest that gives u the puffy nipple effect… the only way to get rid of it is by surgery, usually it goes away by the age of 18 but ur 19 so you are pretty much stuck with it… not trying to make u feel bad but thats how it is… no medicine for it …only surgery..
