For a business degree, you learn how to get revenue and make a profit. International affairs is dealing with other countries. You can be in public administration in a public agency that does not deal with other countries like the Social Security Administration, or you could deal with other countries as in the State Department or CIA. Political science is a general study of the political process and it mostly involves the government and how it functions and where it gets its power, and what it’s supposed to do, and why it exists. Under political science, you can learn how to run a government agency (public administration) or how to deal with other countries (international affairs).
