Please be aware that we are unable to accept provisional certificates, License Registrations, and/or Internship Certificates as substitutes for your official dental school diploma. To be considered for this program, applicants must submit a notarized copy of the official dental school diploma. Substitutes of this document will not be considered. No exceptions will be made.
