A. Yes. The 58th Idaho Legislature passed the Idaho Liquefied Petroleum Gas Public Safety Act and the Governor signed the bill into law. That law requires every person practicing or offering to practice as a liquefied petroleum gas dealer to be licensed. The act also requires any facility engaged in liquefied petroleum gas operation to be licensed.
