Are progress reports required to be submitted for providers who were identified as Low Performing in 2006-07 but not in 2007-08?

0

No. A provider does not need to continue submitting progress reports if they are no longer deemed a Low Performing Provider as determined by the State Board of Education. For example, if a low performing provider’s rate is at or above the minimum rate adopted by the State Board of Education in February of the second year of participation as a VPK provider, then the February report and all other reports (May, August, November) due for the remainder of the school year should not be submitted.
