Yes, we offer our programs on a 14-day FREE evaluation period. Programs may not be used for any type of staff training of orientation during the preview period. Any program not received back within the 14-day period – WILL BE INVOICED – unless an extension has been granted. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after the invoice has been processed Should you decide to return the program, we require that you pay return shipping charges and, for your protection, the program must be returned via a traceable shipping method (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail). If the program is never received back and tracking information is not available, the facility may be held responsible for the full purchase price.
