Are private, voluntary or independent (PVI) providers that are working with children’s centres and other maintained provision eligible to apply for the Graduate Leader Fund?
A. If they are receiving children’s centre revenue funding through the General Sure Start Grant, which already includes provision for QTS/level 6 recruitment and staff development, they do not qualify. If they are cooperating or linked with the children’s centres but not receiving GSSG revenue funding they do qualify.
