Its not your typical junk food but its not a necessary food item nor is it part of the food guide there for I would have to say yes but it is one of your better options

It depends on a diet. Someone who doesn’t eat food made of white flour, raw foodist, person not eating commercially processed foods etc will consider that junk (like me). Someone else might think of it as healthy food. It really depends on what sort of diet you believe in.
