Are presenters responsible for workshop materials?
Presenters are responsible for copying and distributing workshops materials. Plan well in advance to ensure that your materials are delivered to the meeting. You can ship them to the hotel; however, the OIE advises hand carrying your materials whenever possible. The OIE cannot be responsible for delivering materials to your session. Based on feedback from last year’s conference, we are offering recurring sessions so attendees will have more opportunity to participate in a particular session. We will notify presenters who will be presenting twice so they can be prepared with enough workshop materials.
