Are prescription medications, supplements, diagnostic imaging (x-rays, etc) or laboratory tests included in the monthly fee?
No. Though your Hirsch Holistic Family Medicine Membership or Wellness Program clinician can write a prescription for any of your medications, the cost of these prescriptions is not included in your monthly fee. Laboratory fees are not included in your monthly fee, however, discounted cash pay programs may be available.
