All prophecies are false, all prophets are frauds. Unless they prophesy that falling objects will likely hit the ground, that is. Astrologers of a few hundred years ago, though mistaken or frauds, would have regarded the Sun sign system with contempt. It is fit only for daily newspapers and is sometimes generated by drawing the couple of sentences under each sign from a hat. What goes for Gemini might be recycled for Taurus in 6 weeks and Cancer a few months after that. There are 365 days in a year and 12 Sun signs. That is 4380 different predictions. You can probably get away with 100 different predictions if you dont use the same one two days running. “Real astrology” such as it was, needed a working knowledge of astronomy and an ability to handle the sort of mathematics needed to calculate the positions of the planets at any recent time. Most of the new agers now could not do that with a calculator.
