A. Yes. These documents are required to support a license application pursuant to 10 CFR 63.21. Engineering documents bearing on the contents of these reports, whether relied on by DOE or not, need to be included in the LSN. DOE must demonstrate compliance with the post-closure performance objectives contained in 10 CFR 63 Subpart E. Engineering documents bearing on the demonstration of compliance with these objectives must be included in the LSN.
