Are Pre-Assigned Congestion Revenue Rights (PCRRs) derated in the annual allocation?
Depending on the network capacity Simultaneous Feasibility Test (SFT), ERCOT may not allocate all of the nominated amount (this is not deration). If this is the case, the un-allocated amount will be available for the monthly auction if additional transmission capacity comes available and further allocation is feasible.
