Are police scanner 10 codes standard or different for each state?
The 10 codes for states and cities are different. I have found that the codes for two cities in the same state varied in many ways. I am an officer for the city of Euclid, Ohio and when researching this topic, I found on bearcat1.com that the Mansfield, Ohio 10 codes had a couple of similarities but that was it.
