Are Playing Fees Refundable or Waived?
The cost of playing can not be waved or refunded once the student is considered a member of the team. The definition of a team member in this case is as follows: If try-outs are made for an athletic team, a student is considered a member of the team once the try-outs are completed and the student has been accepted as a member of the team. If there are no try-outs for the athletic team, a student is considered a member of the athletic team once they participated in the first game.
