A. Use of such devices is prohibited. Only in the event of medical or family emergencies may a competitor use his or her cell phone during the stipulated round. Cell phones must be turned OFF during the round. Devices such as I-Pods or MP3 players are not permitted to be used at ANY time during the round. Translation = Players are at tournaments to play golf, not listen to tunes or call their friends on the phone!
