Are petunias available in september?

I have never seen petunias sold as cut flowers for bouquets or corsages. Perhaps because the flower is fairly delicate or because they are viney, not a stem that will stand up nicely. Not sure. But also don’t usually see them available as bedding plants as late as September. They usually come out in the spring and early summer so that people can plant them for the summer.
