Are perpetual use rights included with the license?

In general, licenses include perpetual use rights. In other words, the software may be used forever and does not have a built in time bomb date. Perpetual use rights for products sold through the ITS Software Store are published at http://its.vanderbilt.edu/software/Licensing%20Terms.pdf.
