Are Permits Required for Dumpsters and Pods?
There is currently no ordinance or permits required for the use and placement of dumpsters or pods. General Rule Dumpsters and Pods may be placed on the street if the following conditions are met: • Does not block traffic lanes or change traffic patterns. • If left on the street overnight, cones or some type of reflective material must be attached to make it visible to nighttime drivers. • Does not cause sight obstructions to drivers on intersecting streets.
