Are people really willing to EARN a second income?
to buy my first house I worked full time and had two part time jobs. To buy my second house I used the equity from my sale and worked two jobs. I have then studied for the past four years to become a Home Inspector (which are now not going to be mandatory – thank you Tony Blair) so that I could pay my mortgage off quickly. So yes, there are some people out there who are willing to work very hard to get what they want.
