Are people racist or are Politicians and PC groups hung up on the issue?
That a bold comment, well I live in an area with a low per centage of ethnic minorities, if they want to come over to the UK, then us British people should value that, and be a reflection of our nation. However I believe the word ‘racist/racism’ is used excessively, people are vegabonds today if they use stereotypes or call a black person for instance ‘native to Africa.’ It’s ridiculous political correctness should only go so far, prejudice is everywhere and it’s impossible to stop it. Whereas discrimination should not be tolerated, direct racism is wrong, but indirect, i.e. having a private conversation about illegal immigrants is not racist. The more politicians talk about the matter the more the situation is exacerbated!
