Are people in Quixstar (Amway) being brainwashed?

I don’t think so.It is a broad spectrum of knowledge they need to know to suceed in the business so they need a lot of training! I think they are given a lot of information about products, the economy, capitolism, human behavior and relationships etc. (Most of us arn’t naturally good at sales)Also that kind of business is part time hours; FULL TIME MENTALITY so the people participating need to work on their thought process. If it is brain washing, it is good brainwashing and most of the people know that is what they are doing. We are all brainwashed every day by what we choose to expose ourselves to. At least they are doing it mindfully! I do not participate in Quixtar, but I used to. I recieved checks monthly as their business plan indicated I would, and I made some great friends. The business was not for me, but I respect people who actively build it.
