Are people allowed to copy html code from other websites?

Like viewing their source code and using that? People are allowed to do it to a certain extent. That’s how they learn about other codes, but taking someone else’s original code is wrong and there could be major repercussions. A table or div code is fine because everyone uses that, but you can’t take someone else’s PHP script or something. Do not take someone’s whole page coding; a line or so is fine, in my opinion. If you’re still paranoid about it, you can ask the site owner for permission. It’s not as if they’ll shoot you down or something. Good luck.

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
