Are peer-to-peer file sharing programs permitted when using a cable modem from SecTV?
According to Prolog, P-to-P file sharing programs can be run as long as the upload feature is disabled. SecTV does not promote or condone the use of these programs for sharing copyrighted material and will not be held responsible for any legal matters involved with the downloading, sharing or distributing of said material.
