Are parts and service for the discontinued Data series still available?

No. The parts and schematics are no longer available and the technicians who specialized on that unit are no longer with the company. We haven’t yet found any third party repair depot who can obtain part or provide service either. Normally, our parts vendors have the necessary parts available for longer, but RoHS compliance has forced them to obsolesce parts much sooner than anticipated.
