A. Yes. The phone, dialed number, calling search spaces, and partitions should be provisioned in Cisco Unified CallManager. Cisco Unified CallManager retains all control over dial plans. The Cisco Unified PhoneProxy is not aware of line numbers, route patterns, calling search spaces, or partitions. The Cisco Unified PhoneProxy only proxies the phone registration (and RTP).
