Are partially faxed contracts legally binding?

In my state, a real estate contract is not binding until both parties have both received complete signed copies. So, even if it’s been signed, it’s not legally binding until both parties have complete copies with signatures. Even then, I believe there’s a time limit for delivery. I have no idea how that plays out with labor or service contracts. Contact a lawyer. A lot of them will give you a half an hour of free advice so you can decide whether to go with them.
