Yes. Part-time is considered anything less than 40 hours a week or 80 hours a pay period. Benefits are available at a part-time premium for those employees that are a 0.4 full-time equivalent (typically 2 shifts per week) to a 0.6 FTE (typically 3 shifts per week). Benefits are available at a full-time premium for those employees that are a 0.8 FTE (typically 4 shifts per week) or above.
