Two paralegal benchers will be elected by the newly elected paralegal members and the lay bencher members of the Paralegal Standing Committee. The election of paralegal benchers is the first order of business at the first meeting of the Paralegal Standing Committee following election day. The election process is governed by Part I.1 of By-Law 3 and will be conducted by the Elections Officer of the Law Society.
