There are some great instant mixes out there that are waffle and pancake mixes. The one Ilike the best is heartland vanilla malted waffle and pancake mix. This mix is add water only, one step and the waffles and pancakes are amazing. They are served in some of the finest hotels and restaurants so it isn’t just my opinion. The mixes are typically the same. Waffles have substantially more egg and oil than pancakes. This makes the crispness associated with them. To change your favorite pancake recipe to make waffles, double the egg, and quadrupal the oil.
