PAL fittings are rigorously tested both internally and by third party certification and testing facilities. PAL Insert Fittings are listed with NSF International to standard 61 for health effects and performance. This fitting design and polymer family has been used successfully in the manufactured housing industry for over 10 years with resounding success in the varied water chemistries found all across North America. Due to their recent introduction into the site-built market, PAL fittings are not referenced in the provincial codes. Approval for use must be sought, at this time, on a local level in each jurisdiction.
